The fire department used the jaws of life to remove 2 people from a motor vehicle accident on rt. 46 and Woodsedge Ave. Friday afternoon. 3 people involved in the crash were not hurt. Rescue 55 cleaned up and the highway was reopened within a half hour.

Dumpster Fire in Eagle Rock Village

The Fire Department was called to the area of Eagle Rock Building 41 for a dumpster fire. Car 50,51 & 52 arrived and had a 10 yard dumpster on fire Engine 53 pulled in and extinguished the fire and units returned to service within a half hour.
