Last week the Ladder Truck was dispatched into Netcong for a Rapid Intervention Assignment. Ladder 58 Car 50 and 52 responded and assisted by standing by at the scene before being relisted. The fire was on a deck in the Netcong Hights apartments.

The Department’s Rescue has been busy with a lot of car crashes within a 3 day span we ran 6 crashes ranging for minor to serious with 2 Med-Vac’s, 2 rollovers. 1 with a trapped person and a few minor one all victims were treated and transported. Here is some of the action.

Flanders and Budd Lake were dispatched to Oakwood Village Bdl. 103 for a report of smoke coming from an apartment. Recently the department were dispatched to the lake for a capsized paddle boat. Marine 1 and utility 54 responded along with Chief 2 and 3 the boat was deployed, and the crew was able to tow it to shore there was no one in or around the boat.
