Early Monday morning a dump truck traveling on Continental dr. hit a bridge that is over the wills brook. The driver was not injured but the truck was heavy damaged. Well Santa made it to Budd Lake on December 13th what a ride around town Santa Mrs. Clause and all the helpers made 13 stops around the area giving out candy canes and candy to all the kids and some grownups. We had a great time, and Santa has booked us for next year.
Thursday late morning crews responded to Rt. 80 at MM 26 for a car fire. Engine 53 responded and stretched an inch and three-quarter line on the fire and quickly extinguished the fire. There were no injuries and crew picked up within and hour.
Saturday early evening 3 cars were involved a crash on Rt. 46 by Forest Rd. brining Car 50, 51 and Rescue 55. Once on scene the jaws were used to free one person from a car. 2 people were transported with minor injuries the rescue secured the cars and cleaned up the highway.

This year the department took part in great Trunk or Treat parties around town first was Sandshore School then CMS school we decorated the trucks and gave out tones of candy.
