Budd Lake Firefighters Train with Hackettstown Fire

Budd Lake Firefighters recently trained with firefighters from Hackettstown Fire Company on Rapid Intervention Crews (RIC) taking turns rescuing firefighters in trouble in a large building. Crew’s practiced different techniques in getting firefighter out trapped situations the drill lasted around two hours all took away some great training.

Firefighters Respond to Rt. 46 for a Multiple Car Crash

Recently the Fire Department responded to Rt. 46 at Naughtright Rd. for a three car crash. Car 51, Squad 56 and Tactical 55 responded and assisted EMS and Medics with patients and cleanup of the highway. Three people were transported by First Aiders to area hospitals with non-life threating injuries.

Firefighters Respond to Rt. 80 for a Single Car Crash

Recently the Fire Department responded to Rt. 80 West for a single car crash Car 51 and Squad 56 responded and assisted EMS with removing three people from the car and then cleaned up the scene as First Aiders transported the victim’s to a local hospital.
