Around lunch time Monday calls came in for smoke and arching from the roof of the mall at 206 in the Flanders section. Cars 50, 52 and 91 arrived along with Tower 96 and Engine 53 and went to the rear. T 96 laddered the roof while E-53 secured the power to a heating system for the rear gutters. There was no damage to the inside of the building or injuries. The mall was reopened within an hour.
