The long wait was over Santa and the elves came to town the fire department spent part of the holiday season out and abought with stops at the towns tree lighting, a grand opening, the Netcong Christmas Parade and stopping 14 different areas of town spreading cheer a great time was had by all.
Recently the department along with Flanders Fire Department attended the grand opening of the Natures Food Market. Ladder 58 and crew celebrated with the town Mayor and some council people along with Actor Steven Baldwin and other friends and shoppers. Great time we love helping celebrate our community.
Over the Thanksgiving weekend while on patrol the police reported a car on fire in the TD Bank parking lot. Engine 59 Tender 57 and Car 52 responded and quickly extinguished the engine compartment that was on fire. There were no injuries and the car was towed.
