Saturday afternoon the department was dispatched to a home on Lozier Rd. for a Cat stuck in a tree behind the home 40 feet into the woods. Ladder 58 and Chief 1 responded and used a 35-foot ladder to get the cat from the tree about 30 feet up. One firefighter went up the ladder and the cat was able to jump down where a second firefighter broke its fall, and the cat ran back home. Happy end. As a Fire Department we do it all !!!
