Wednesday late morning calls came in for a truck that crashed and rolled over into a tree on Flanders Drakestown Rd. next to Town Hall with the driver trapped. Township police along with Rescue 55 and EMS worked to extract the driver who was airlifted to Morristown Medical Center with unknown injuries. After the driver was safely removed Rescue 55 assisted the tow company with getting the truck up righted and worked with County Hazmat to cleanup a flue spill. The Towns DPW. Workers also assisted with tree removal and ground cleanup. Units cleared 3 hours later.
