Friday mid-morning calls came in for a report of a car on fire in the driveway of # 53 Flanders Rd. Car 50 and FM-3 arrived and reported a well involved car half in the driveway and half on the road. Engine 59 arrived and stretched their bumper line and quickly put down the flames. There was some minor extension to a garbage can and a fence, there were no injuries and no damage to the home. The car was driving and smoke filled the car, so they pulled off the road. Crews were returned within 45 minutes.
