The Budd Lake Fire Department was asked for Tender and UTV from Nov 10 at 9 a.m. till Nov 11 at 8 p.m.
After working 35 hours with many different departments at West Milford’s Brush Fire, everyone did an amazing job; it was a lot of work. Including structural protection, hitting hotspots, and reeling water. The team was sent into the heart of the fire and saw heavy smoke and fire conditions but held their ground. The UTV did 2 rounds of 12 Hr. shifts and the Tender stayed the hole 35 hr.
