Only fifteen minutes into backing in the new Battle Wagon II a 2023 Ferrara Pumper a call came in for a brush fire on Drakstown Rd. Engine 53 with a crew of 5 responded and used their new booster line on a small mulch fire. The old 53 Battle Wagon after serving the community of Mount Olive for 25 years is officerly retired. After answering thousands of runs and putting out many fires it will go up for auction and maybe serve someone else.
