Tuesday afternoon on December 19th the Roxbury Fire Department responded to Mooney Rd. for a report of a house fire with entrapment. First arriving units were faced with heavy fire conditions in a front room and attempted to push in and search for a victim but were forced out due to heave fire and the floor sagging. Mutual aide was quickly requested and all units were forced to go defensive. With water presser decreasing a Tender task force was called in to offset water supply. One person was found outside with burns and was airlifted to the burn center. The fire is under investigation by the Roxbury Police and Fire Officials office.
