Wednesday morning calls came in for a 3-car crash in front of the Days Inn on rt. 46 units arrived and found 2 cars in the roadway with a Pannal van fully involved in fire also in the roadway. Engine 59 and 95 arrived and started fire attack with the assistance of Fire Marshals 3,4 & 5. 4 ambulances from Atlantic EMS started patent care along with a medic unit. Rig- 89 from Flanders was on scene to assist as well. 2 people were taken by 2 separate helicopters to Morristown Medical Center and 2 people were taken by ground to Morristown as well. Crews remained on scene to assist Police with the investigation and the highway was reopened after 12 noon.
