This past Tuesday members from the Hackettstown Elks #2331 attended our weekly drill night for the dedication of our new Forcible Entry Prop. The dedication included a presentation of a plaque from the Elks to the membership of Budd Lake Fire Department and a Forcible Entry demonstration. The demonstration showed the Elks members the training value of the prop they donated and how members will utilize it for training. Elks members observed 1 and 2 man forcible entry of inward and outward swinging doors. The membership of Budd Lake Fire Department would again like to thank the Hackettstown Elks #2331 for their donation of this prop and we look forward to many years and many reps of training.
