Recently the department drilled on Tenders filling and dumping. The drill sharpens the skills for when there are no fire hydrants in an area and water has to be brought in from Tender Trucks. The crews went over dumping and setting up portable pools and supplying pumper trucks with water. Then the crew switched and worked on filling though tenders from a water source in a different area that has water. Great training to keep us sharp.
