Tuesday night August 3rd the Mount Olive Police held the annual National Night Out which is celebrated all over the country to help the communities better improve Police relations. The fire department and Rescue squads all joined in and made it a successful event. The Budd Lake Fire Department had trucks on display with fire helmets and string backpacks giveaways as well as a fire hose game. The night also a Army Blackhawk helicopter land, hot air balloon ride and hot dogs and refreshments. A great time was had by all.
