Sunday March 14th just as the storm started to wind down firefighters were dispatched to Rt 80 for a car fire. Engine 59 pulled in and attacked the fire with their inch and three quarter front bumper foam line and had the fire knocked down in minutes. Squad 56 and an Engine from Allamuchy Township assisted as the car was over a storm drain and several gallons of fuel went into the drain. Crews were on the highway for abought an hour cleaning up the fuel, there were no injuries reported. Photos by Kevin Maloney
